Know Before You Visit

Before you Visit:

Animals:

For safety reasons, no dogs/pets are allowed on the premises.

Only Service Animals is allowed inside the Park.Emotional Support animals are not classified as Service Animals.

Service dogs must remain on a leash, or in a harness, at all times and will not be allowed on any rides or pools. Service dogs will remain the owner’s responsibility and cannot be left unattended. You will be responsible for cleaning up waste and for controlling the service animals’ behaviour.

Load-Shedding:

Waterslides will not be operational during load-shedding. Please check the load-shedding schedule before visiting our park. Normal rates will apply.

Own Bikes:

We regret that we do not have a facility for guests to bring their own bikes.

Bag Check:

To ensure the highest level of safety for you, Wacky Adventures will inspect all bags and items brought into our Park for prohibited items.

The following items will be permitted:

  • Picnic Baskets, Snacks, Food and Cooldrinks
  • Personal Gazebo’s and Chairs

The following items will not be permitted:

  • No Alcohol
  • No Braai’s
  • No Glass Items
  • No Sound Systems or Personal Music
  • No Inflatables, Lilos or Tubes

Dress Code:

  • You must dress appropriately for a family environment.
  • Proper swimwear must be worn on all waterslides and swimming pools.
  • Nappy dependent guests must wear a swim nappy when using any of our Pools, Waterslides or The Slide Zone. (Swimmers nappies are available for purchase at our kiosk)
  • Inappropriate swimwear is NOT permitted and includes but is not limited to underwear, boxers, transparent or translucent clothing in private areas, clothing with exposed metal, rivets, buttons, zippers or buckles.
  • Shoes must be worn when riding Go-Karts and Quad Bikes.

Height and Weight:

Height and weight restrictions apply to some of our Activities.

It’s your responsibility to know your height and weight to ensure your safety. Failure to follow these rules may result in serious injury to yourself or others.

Shade and Seating:

We have some seating and shaded areas, but these spots are available on a first-come basis. You are welcome to bring your own gazebos, umbrellas, and camping chairs.

Refunds:

Wacky Adventures has a no refund policy.

When you Enter:

Right of Admission Reserved:

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anybody they feel is unsuitable for the Park’s facilities.

No one under the influence of alcohol or any other substance is allowed. Even if you smell like alcohol, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Violence, verbal abuse and threatening behaviour will not be permitted anywhere in our Park. Anybody exhibiting this type of behaviour will be asked to leave or will be removed from the Park.

Indemnity Agreement:

Every person before entering our Park must read and sign an indemnity agreement. For children under 18, this indemnity agreement must be signed by the parents or legal guardians.

Entry Wristband:

On arrival at the Park, you’ll be given a wristband to wear. This wristband must remain on your arm during your visit with us.

DO NOT REMOVE THE WRISTBAND. If you are not wearing the wristband, you will be asked to leave the Park.

Wristbands are not transferable.

Re-Entry:

If you wish to leave the Park and plan on returning later the same day, you must not remove your wristband.

If the wristband is cut or shows signs that it was removed, you will have to pay entry again.

You will not be allowed to re-enter the Park if you return smelling like alcohol. No refunds will be done if this is the case.

During your Visit:

If you have any suggestions or problems during your visit, please ask for the manager on duty.

Loss and Damages:

Management and Wacky Staff accepts no responsibility for any loss or damages to personal property whilst visiting our Park. Your belongings remain your responsibility.

Line Jumping:

Line jumping and saving a place in line is Prohibited. When you leave the line, you cannot return to the same position.

Remember: You move your feet. You lose your seat.

Rider Restrictions and Responsibility:

All rides are physical activities that pose inherent risks.

Please do not participate in any ride if:

  • You are pregnant.
  • You have back, neck or head injuries.
  • You have heart problems.
  • You have had recent surgery.
  • You have any other physical condition that may be aggravated by making use of any of our rides.

Wacky Adventures does not and cannot guarantee your healthor safety. You fully assume all risks of any ride or activity in which you choose to participate.

If for any reason you feel that you need help due to an injury or medical condition, immediately notify one of the Wacky Crew Members. Ask for help. Any injuries sustained at our Park must be reported on the day of the incident.

Parents & Guardians:

  • Children 15 and younger may not be at the Park without adult supervision.
  • The Park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.
  • You, as parents and guardians, are responsible for looking after your own children.
  • For safety reasons, NO LAP RIDING is permitted. All our waterslides are single rider slides.

Water Safety and Good Hygiene:

  • Do not swallow the pool water.
  • Children who are not toilet-trained must wear swimming nappies when in pools or other water attractions.

Behaviour/Conduct:

  • All guests are expected to behave in a family-friendly manner.
  • Disruptive and offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Line-jumping or place holding is prohibited.
  • Fighting, using force and physical or verbal threats towards other guests or Wacky Staff members will not be allowed.
  • Violations will result in removal from the Park without a refund.
