Keep in Mind

To make sure that your visit to Wacky Adventures is safe and enjoyable please read and adhere to the following rules.

GENERAL RULES

  • Booking essential. A limited number of visitors allowed to avoid overcrowding. Book early to avoid disappointment.
  • By entering Wacky Adventures and using any of our facilities you do so entirely at your own risk. The owners and employees accept no responsibility or liability for any damages, loss, theft, injury, accident, or death suffered by any person howsoever caused.
  • Right of admission strictly reserved. We are a family-friendly destination and not a party spot. If you are unable to behave you will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund – no exceptions.
  • No guests will be allowed to enter the premises without a signed indemnity agreement.
  • Any person who does not have permission to be on the premises will be liable for prosecution as a trespasser on private property.
  • All guests must please stay in the park perimeters. Day visitors are not allowed in the camping area.
  • You as the parent or guardian are responsible for looking after your own children. Wacky Adventures, owners or staff do not take responsibility or liability for unattended minors. Your children remain your responsibility.
  • We are a family-oriented environment therefore proper clothing and swimwear must be worn by children and adults. Nothing revealing and absolutely no nudity.
  • Nappy-dependent guests must wear a swim nappy when using any of our pools.
  • Quad biking and Go-karting are available to campers and day visitors at an additional cost.
  • We do not have the facilities for guests to bring their own quad or dirt bikes.
  • During load-shedding water slides will not be operational. Normal rates will apply.
  • No alcohol or people smelling like alcohol is allowed inside the water park.
  • No glass items are allowed inside the water park.
  • No music or musical instruments are permitted.
  • No fireworks or crackers are allowed on the property.
  • No littering. Please use the bins provided.
  • No pets allowed. Only service animals are allowed inside the campsite and water park. Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals. Service dogs must remain on a leash, or in a harness, at all times and will not be allowed on any rides or pools. Service dogs will remain the owner’s responsibility and cannot be left unattended. You will be responsible for cleaning up waste and for controlling the service animals’ behaviour.
  • No fires in any other area than in the braais rented or supplied. All fires must be under supervision at all times. Please ensure that the fire is out before you leave (day visitors) or go to bed (campers).
  • We do not provide braai grids. Remember to bring your own.
  • All damages to any property of Wacky Adventures will be for the account of the responsible individual. This includes but is not limited to, damages to the quad bikes, go-karts and vegetation.

CAMPERS RULES

  • Maximum of 6 persons per site.
  • Only one caravan and vehicle per site. Additional vehicles must park in the parking area.
  • No generators.
  • No solid ground sheets.
  • Silence is required between 22:00 and 06:00 except on 31 December–when silence time will be 01:00 (am) on 1 January – please keep it non-offensive and in the family-friendly spirit.
  • All visitors to campers must report at the office on arrival. Day visitors to campers pay day visitor rates. View pricing.
  • Do not empty porta potties in the toilets. Please use the specially marked porta-potty toilet.

DAY VISITOR RULES

  • Gates open at 9:00 and close strictly at 17:00.
  • Only our braai drums are allowed. Remember to bring a braai grid.
  • You are welcome to bring the following into the water park: food, cooldrinks, gazebos, chairs and umbrellas. Limited shade and seating are available to hire.
  • WE DO NOT ALLOW THE FOLLOWING IN THE WATER PARK: NO ALCOHOL, NO PEOPLE SMELLING LIKE ALCOHOL, NO GLASS ITEMS, NO PETS, NO MUSIC, NO BUSSES, NO TAXIS, NO DROP-AND-GO.
